Return & Exchange Policy

 

At Oceano Swimwear, we want you to feel confident and completely in love with your pieces. But if something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help with an exchange or store credit.

We offer a 14-day return window, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. A shipping label will be provided and deduced from the final return cost.

Once a return is issued, items must be shipped back within a 5 days to remain eligible for return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
    •    Unworn and unused
    •    In the same condition you received it
    •    With all original tags attached
    •    With the sanitary liner in place
    •    In its original packaging
    •    Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

    •    We only offer store credit or exchanges at this time—no refunds
    •    All sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange
    •    Shipping costs are non-refundable

Store Credit
Once your return is accepted, a store credit will be issued to your account. This credit will appear under your profile on the Oceano website and can be applied toward your next purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Oceano Swimwear strictly enforces our return policy. We reserve the right to deny any return or store credit if items are not in original, unworn condition or fail to meet our quality standards. All products are thoroughly inspected before shipment. To avoid your return being rejected, we strongly advise trying on all swimwear over undergarments or with protective liners.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get your perfect fit or color is to start a return for store credit and place a new order for the item you’d like instead. Once we’ve received and approved your return, your store credit will be issued and ready to use.
